Sad to say, no “avoiding sunlight” for me this year -_-’ summer job is being on the swim team & the last time I tried just standing in the shade. I was yelled at to get back in the pool. 4 hours, I tell ya. I burn so easily, I got like 2 shades darker after one day. I did put on SPF 80 Sunblock but I most def. regret signing up for this job.

the one fuz and i drink is from Health & Wellness that i found at Mitsuwa japanese market. but any green tea matcha powder without sugar would do just fine. i just use Sonia Kashuk makeup remover and has so far removed every makeup that is stubborn such as waterproof makeup. I hear olive oil removes makeup pretty well too so u can always try that. first.

Nicotine and alcohol are the biggest factors that age the skin and cause wrinkles or “pock” marked skin. Compare non smokers/non drinkers complexion to those who do and see the difference. Yes over-exposure to sun also ages the skin.
Good skin care is important but then again how can a so called “anti ageing” serum eliminate 5/10 years of skin damage? I wouldnt bother wasting my money. I live a healthy lifestlyle and its paid off
