I’m hispanic with medium brown skin. I have hyperpigmented spots from every random pimple I’ve had in the past year or so on my face. I can cover them with makeup, but I am also a pre-pro dancer and my foundation/coverup just sweats off. Please help if you know a good makeup that stays on even when you sweat.

I dont want to go as far as getting a tca peel cuz my hyperpigmetation is only from injuries and pimples. I’ve been using the 0.05% and 0.1% versions of tretinoin for a month, and everytime i peel my skin just recovers back to the way it was and i see no changes in my condition. exactly how should i treat it?
