It takes about 20 seconds to peel a potato… how is that different from filling a big bowl with ice and then rummaging your hands around in it?? anyway potato skins are delicious … except the ones from Idaho and out west are sprayed with sprout inhibitors, yuk. Give me a good old fashioned FLAVORFUL round potato any day. With the skin, please.
