i am about to have full face resurfacing for bad acne scars and what is discribed and ORANGE PEEL type skin?

I have had bad skin since 16, does skin resurfacing give good result. I am being dealt with by LaserCare group the cost is well over £4,000 will I be pleased. Replies please from people who have had treatment. Acne/bad skin is not a joke topic it affects your whole life unless you are very thick skinned to take all the snide comments
