Michael Jackson had a skin disorder called vitiligo. It made his life a lot of harder, because it made mean rumors of him: “His skin was black before. He bleached it.” Have you ever heard how to bleach your skin? It wouldn’t even help Michael because whole world knew that he was black, he couldn’t cheat anyone by bleaching his skin. Michael had those white/later brown spots/patches in his skin.
VITLIGO
Vitiligo is a chronic disorder that causes depigmentation in patches of skin. It occurs when the melanocytes, the cells responsible for skin pigmentation which are derived from the neural crest, die or are unable to function. The precise pathogenesis, or cause, of vitiligo is complex and not yet fully understood. There is some evidence suggesting it is caused by a combination of autoimmune, genetic, and environmental factors. It is also common in people with thyroid disorders. The population incidence worldwide is considered to be less than 1 percent.

Any procedure which strips the outer dead skin layers of excessive dead skin stimulates the skin into a renewal. Even if you scrub your face hard or in the old days sometimes would use for instance sandpaper or salt and a toothbrush on a tattoo, and they would strip the outer dead skin layers. The skin would respond by renewing itself quicker and ideally working out the pigment of a tattoo. The same thing is what we try to do with Microdermabrasion.
