Aaron Savvy, one of Los Angeles’ best personal trainers and winner of 10 tough man contests in Seattle logging country gutpunches Mike Mooney, the grand old man of Mike’s Fight Show, who competed boxing a few dozen years ago. How does Mike do it? He laughs, but says seriously, “Take high potency anti-aging vitamins - I take over a dozen a day, don’t eat crappy food - eat natural, organic foods, exercise and the rest is in the mind. Find out what makes you happy and do lots of it. And don’t put energy into things or people that are negative or not fun. i reshot this video of how i cover my melasma (hyperpigmentation) during the summer. the lighting is much better than my last video, however my computer has had issues with the video. There are a few places where is seems to pause for a second then moves on. I tried to edit out as much as I could.

This is what I do in the Arizona summer for my face makeup. I have melasma (hyperpigmentation) on my face. These looks kind of like I have birthmarks on my face. I’m in the process of doing IPL laser treatments to have them removed. This video will show how I cover them w/o ending up with a heavy, cakey appearance. It’s way too hot in Arizona for thick foundation. Also, I’m trying to figure out the best place in my house to film. The lighting is terrible. I’m sorry. My next video is better.
