“Declare Your Independence”, an original (non-cover) song. Note: No disrespect or offense is intended to anyone who has body piercings, tattoos, or any other body art. These are individual choices that each person has the right to make. I am trying to alert individuals considering tattoos to think twice, reconsider, and maybe not get a tattoo.

Dr. Melanie Grossman discusses using laser to remove brown spots from the skin. http://www.agespots.net/removal.aspx
Age spots should actually be referred to as sun spots since age has little to do with the formation of these pigmentations. Brown spots are usually easily treated by laser, often only requiring a single treatment to remove the spot.

Hey guys….just me opening up to you to share something personal…for a change from weight loss blogging.
I Have a skin disease called Vitiligo…you guys have obviously seen it in my vids. Here is me opening up about it
in case you wondered !

Catherine
Vitiligo is a chronic relatively common dermatologic disorder that causes depigmentation
in patches of skin. It occurs when the melanocytes, the cells responsible for skin
pigmentation, die or are unable to function. The precise pathogenesis, or cause, of
vitiligo is complex and not yet fully understood. There is some evidence suggesting it is
caused by a combination of autoimmune, genetic, and environmental factors. The population
incidence worldwide is considered to be between 1% and 2%[citation needed]. Non-segmental
vitiligo has a greater prevalence than the disorder’s other form(s).
