I've had eczema for over 20 years and has tried almost every skin cream on the market. Until I recently discovered TCA peel. TCA peels can produce marked improvement in collagen and Elastin in the skin and reduction of fine wrinkling,dark spots & scars. NEVER apply anything above 50%. It's will seriously burn your skin off. I experienced a burning sensation about 1 min after application.
